I can’t believe my trip is only three weeks away (less, actually, if you think about when I’m leaving)! So much to do, so little time!

First priority is looking to ensure I don’t experience the foot problems experienced in Warsaw. I’ve purchased several foot items to take along, whether to prevent blisters /  irritation or treat them / it if it occurs. Sexy stuff, right? I’m also working on breaking in the right pair of shoes for everyday walking – that will probably go down to the wire but I feel like my efforts should pay off when I’m there.

Second priority is to make my apartment more presentable for my cat sitter. This is also likely to go down to the wire but I haven’t given up! One pile of “stuff” at a time… that’s my motto for the moment.

Third priority is evaluating my options for sights to see while in Salzburg. I’m definitely doing the Sound of Music tour and it even looks like I can book that online ahead of time, hurray! A tour to Eagles Nest / Obersalzburg is another “must do” and it looks like a trip to Mauthausen is also very feasible. I’m also considering a day trip to Munich… bottom line, there will be no lack of places to see or things to do.
