First, I wanted to thank you all for visiting and viewing my blog – some after much urging and others without any urging required. π Especially now, it means a lot to know that you are willing to take a few minutes to read something I wrote or look at photos I’ve taken – really, a LOT!
Second, thanks for your strong interest in the “Being Kind, Always” post from Monday. It received the second highest number of visits and views in the blog’s history, second only to the first post about driving The Porsche! It felt good to know that a post on being kind touched a lot of people, as revealed by the many comments and messages from Facebook and WordPress. It also warms my heart to be reminded, again, of what good, kind people my friends are.
Third, please keep visiting the blog! I’m planning to post at least two to three times a week, even when I’m not traveling. (Hopefully that won’t dilute the quality of the material.) My posts will always appear on Facebook and Twitter and you can also sign up on WordPress to receive an email any time a new post is published. (See the bottom of the blog’s home page for a “Follow” button.)
Please feel free to comment on anything you might be interested in seeing a blog post about, and I’ll do my best to accommodate. I’m also hoping to start blogging occasionally about more substantive items in the news. I’m currently working on a blog about Translators in Trouble so look for that in the next few days. Up next, more lion photos including a beautiful close-up of one of the babies.
Thanks again, so very much!
