It was hot and very crowded but still a very pretty spot! I only bothered with exploring the Old City but I especially enjoyed walking the city walls. A lovely experience and much less crowded than down below, lol. I met a friendly couple from England at one of the very conveniently placed concession stands. She, like me, went inside to escape the heat, or at least enjoy some shade along with her drink. My kind of woman! 😊

Lots of shopping and outdoor cafes in the old city, and I spent very frugally, hurrah!
