It’s been a little more than a month since I returned from Africa. Lucky for you, I still have pictures and stories to share. 😊
The pictures in this post were all taken through the window of our van as we traveled around South Africa. The country’s topography is diverse, here reminding me of Hawaii, there reminding me of Arizona, always interesting, almost always beautiful.

A quick video of a few cows in the road on the road from Johannesburg to Karongwe Portfolio. There were LOTS of cows in the road on that journey; none were harmed during our travels.This picture is the reason I wrote that the view’s were ALMOST always beautiful. But a picture of a baboon sticking his head down (and butt up) the opening to a water pipe. Several baboons were around the area, “snarling” traffic on the road in and out of the cape.
